Super easy & moist Pumpkin Choc-chip Cookies
When Fall season hits, I start to crave Pumpkin Cookies.
When I started to loose weight I looked every where for a recipe with little calories (or should I say "point" value) and BIG taste. And this is it!
1 box Spice Cake Mix
1 Sm. Canned Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Bag Mini-Chocolate chips
That's it! Just mix dry cake mix with pumpkin (no eggs or oil) and stir in Chips
Bake @ 350 for 8-10 minutes or until "set".
