Yoshida Chicken w/ Top Ramen Noodles
This is the easiest meal ever!
And has so much flavor you will be making it all the time. :)
Now if you have never heard of Yoshida sauce, you can get in almost any food mart. I just happen to use it a lot so I purchase the BIG bottle at Costco. It is a meat marinade that is a blend of Asian and American flavor. You have to try it!
All you need for this meal is:
3 Chicken breast: chopped in pieces
2 C. Yoshida sauce
4 pkg. Oriental flavor Top Ramen Noddles
Now I like to marinade the chopped chicken in the sauce over night. However you don't have to, just marinade it for at least 1 hour.
In a skillet empty the chicken along with the marinade. Cook over med. heat until chicken is no longer pink. About 10 minutes, stirring often. While the chicken is cooking, make the top ramen noodles according to directions on package.
(Yes add in the seasoning packet.)
THAT'S IT! No really...your ready to eat!
Just make a pile of noodles on your plate or bowl and add the chicken on top. I usually spoon a little bit of the juice over the noodles.
Another Family favorite,

Hi Lark,
This dish looks so delicious, I am going to give it a try. Thank you for sharing and you have a great week!
I love yoshida sauce, but never thought to put the chicken on ramen. What a fabulous idea!
Never heard of this sauce, but I am looking for it next time I go to the store! This looks like a great dinner!
