I don't know why I don't make this year around.
It's not like you can't find the ingredients year around.
But it seems that when the Sun comes out, I go into the B.B.Q. / Picnic mood.
And this is what I always make first!

I swear we have to fill up the propane for the grill every month.
3 C. uncooked Pasta
1 1/2 C. Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Roma Tomato- diced
1 Cucumber- diced
1 C. Ham -diced
3 individual String Cheese- sliced
1/4 C. Red Onion-finely diced
Fresh Ground Pepper
Salt
Start with boiling the pasta to a soft al' den ta stage. Cool in cold water, drain.
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
