It's bananas! B-A-N-A-N-A-S! Sorry, channeling some Gwen Stefani there. Anyhoo, I love this recipe! I've never had bananas in a bar cookie. They look delicious!

Lark, these banana bars look so delicious! I never know what to do with my over-ripe bananas besides a bread, but this is a great idea. Thanks for sharing! You have a beautiful blog and I'm so glad to have found it.

Anything that freezes well is my friend! After I had our second child I think his older brother lived off of frozen muffins and frozen uncrustables for about a month before I figured out how to juggle 2 kids.

I don't think it's possible to go wrong with chocolate and bananas. Wish I had one of these for lunch right now!

I love banana bread, bars, cookies, anything! These sound really good. They may not last long enough to get into the lunchbox. ;) Thanks for sharing at Crazy Sweet Tuesday!

Lark, with posts like this, you might get me to like bananas, look scrumptious! I know the family will love these, and I'll even try to sneak them pasty my daughter who has a no fruit or veggie attitude!
