Citrus Herb Chicken Marinade

With the weather starting to warm up,
I make sure to schedule my menu to
include more "grill" friendly dishes.
Not that I don't grill year around....
it's is just with warmer weather I
make a point to use the grill more.

Citrus Herb Chicken Marinade
2/3 C. Canola or Olive Oil
4 TBSP. Grilling Seasoning
2 TBSP. Minced Garlic
4 TBSP. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 TBSP. Basil
1 tsp. Fennel Seed
1 tsp. Onion Powder

Combine all ingredients together and whisk
to make sure all is blended.
Place your chicken into a plastic zip lock
bag, pour marinade over top.
Seal and release air from bag, making sure
the marinade is covering all the pieces
of chicken. Now chill overnight.

Turn chicken over several times during
the day. Now you can grill or bake.
Discard any left over marinade.
*If baking place in a baking dish, heat oven
to 400 degree's baking for 1 hour.
To warmer weather,
Lark
