Crock Pot Lasagna

Who doesn't like Lasagna?
The only thing people don't like about Lasagna is the prep. time
it takesto make the dish.
I mean it's not hard...... And it feeds a lot.
So why don't we make it easier on all of us and take
the (prep.) time factor out of the equation? This recipe does that!
*Plus, it doesnt heat up the kitchen on these HOT Summer days!
Do yourself a favor and make this tonight.

Crock Pot Lasagna
1 1/2 lb. cooked and seasoned ground beef
2 (1 lb. 10 oz.) Pasta Sauce (I like the Hunt's Garlic and Herb style) 1 (13.25 oz.) Pasta Noodles
(whatever type you want, we like the med. shell's)
1 (24 oz. ) Cottage Cheese
1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
1 lb. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Salt/ Pepper

Mix together the cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt and pepper.

Now you are just going to make layers in your crock pot.
First pour a little sauce on bottom of pot,
then spread some of the ground beef.
Then layer the uncooked noodles.
If you are using regular lasagna noodles you'll need to break in pieces in order to get a covered layer.
Then top with some of the Cheese mixture.
Continue repeating the layers until ingredients are gone.
End the final layer with sauce.
Cook on low heat for 6 hours,
or on high for 4 hours. Serve with Garlic cheese bread.
Happy Cooking!

That looks so yummy! What size crock pot do you use? We only have a 3 quart (I think) that looks too small to fit all of that.
