I haven't made this meal for so long. As I was looking in the meat section of our hometown store, I noticed the cubed steaks. Heck the price you could not beat. I bought 3 nice sized steak's for around $1.80 a piece! I am NOT kidding. And now I wonder why I dont fix these more often....Ok other that the calorie count and the fact that they are fried. Still they are GOOD!
Beat together: 2 Lg. Egg's
1/2 C. Milk
In another dish add:
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. season salt
1 tsp. pepper
Mix until well blended.
Start by dipping the cubed steak into the egg wash.
And then into the flour mixture, coating each side.
Repeat again. In a large skillet, pour 1/2-3/4 C. canola oil.
Cook on med. heat. Fry each steak for 2 1/2 minutes on each side.
Drain on a paper towel. Keep warm until you are ready to serve.
