Jello Popcorn

I have been on a Popcorn kick lately. It might be because a co-worker and friend of my husband gave me a really cool new popcorn popper! (I will post a picture of it in "My Favorites".

With this recipe you can make popcorn balls also. I just needed to fill a couple bags full for friends, so I choose to spread it out.
All you need is the following 4 ingredient's:

1 C. Sugar
1 C. Karo syrup
1 (3.4 oz.) box any flavored jello
12 C. popped popcorn

In a sauce pan mix the sugar, jello, and syrup.
Cook in med. heat, stirring constantly.
Bring to a light boil or until all sugar is dissolved.
Then pour over popcorn. Then either form into balls or spread out on a sprayed cookie sheet. Store in air tight zip lock  or wrap balls in tight plastic wrap.
