Fast, Quick and Filling

French Dip Sandwiches

This is one my Quick "go to" meals.
When we have these French dip Sandwiches,
the whole family is happy.
I usually have a left over Roast Beef when I cook a roast.
If not I have even made this a Super Quick meal
by using sliced deli meat. Either way it hits the spot!

You will need:
4 (14.5 oz) cans of Beef Broth
1 Pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 C. Water
Roast Beef
Hoggie Rolls
Provolone Cheese slice's *Optional

Heat broth, water, pepper, soup mix to a soft boil.
Reduce heat to low, add in roast beef.
Let simmer for 3 minutes.
Place your oven on broil, toast hoggie buns.
Add Cheese Slice to bun, return to oven to melt cheese.
*My husband likes to spread Mayo on the bun before toasting*
Add hot roast beef to bun, serve with a side of the broth.
