Easy Marinade Chicken Kabobs

These are a staple at our house during the Summer.
Super easy to make and they have an amazing flavor.
We like to serve them on top of a bed of rice.

Although I have even tossed them in with some Pasta
that has been drizzled with Olive Oil, WONDERFUL!

Chicken Kabob's
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast- cut in pieces
Garlic Powder
Pepper
Zesty Italian  Fat Free Dressing
Onion-cut into pieces

Season Chicken with the garlic powder and pepper.
Place the cut up chicken into a Gallon size Baggie.
Add in the Onion pieces. Then pour Italian dressing
in to cover. (about 2 Cups)
Let chill for at least 1 hr. I usually like to prep
the meat the night before and let it marinate over night.

After soaking your wooden Skewers,
"thread" the chicken and onions on.
Then place on a hot grill, cooking until cooked
through and no pink remains.

Just Grill it!
