Chicken Ceasar's Salad Sandwiches

During the Hot Summer month's I try
not to use my oven to cook. It is
just to darn hot, to heat up the house.
I tend to grill, use the stove top or
my slow cooker for meals.
These sandwiches are so simple
and yet taste like you ordered them
from a sandwich shop.
 You will love them!
 Chicken Caesar's Salad Sandwiches
2 lb.s  Boneless, skinless Chicken
1 Can of Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 C. Caesar's Salad Dressing
Lettuce, Tomato's, Buns

Place the chicken in your slow cooker,
sprinkle garlic powder, onion salt and pepper
over the chicken. Pour the broth over all.
Cook on high heat for 2 hours.
Drain broth off of chicken.
Taking 2 forks shred the chicken.
Pour dressing over chicken,
place the slow cooker on the
"warm" setting to marinate
for another 10 minutes.
Serve on a Bun with crisp lettuce,
and tomato's.
* You can also serve these as an Appetizer,
by making them into Sliders.
Stay "Cool",
Lark
