Sour Cream Soda (Pop) Biscuits

Most biscuits are meant to be "dry",
in order to soak up gravy or
slather in butter and jam.
More times than not, if you want a
"moist" bread option to serve at dinner
you usually don't think of serving
biscuits. Right? Well you will
change your way of thinking
after you taste THESE biscuits.

Sour Cream Soda(Pop) Biscuits
2 1/2 C. Biscuit Mix~divided
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1/2 C. Sprite or 7-Up Soda Pop
1/4 C. Melted Margarine

Preheat Oven to 450
Mix together 2 C. biscuit mix and sour cream.
Stir until combine, then pour in the soda pop.
Do NOT beat the batter.
The batter with be wet.
Take the additional 1/2 C. biscuit mix
sprinkle in over the dough and "pat"into it.
(At this point you can cut into shapes,
or place all the dough into a *pan and score.
If you choose to shape the dough you will then
brush the melted margarine over each biscuit)
*Pour the melted margarine into a
8x8 OR 9x9 inch pan.

Bake for 15-18 Minutes.
*These are also  VERY freezer Friendly*
Better  Biscuit's,
Lark
