Blueberry Cream Cheese Pancakes

Start off a Special Day with these
Amazingly Divine Pancakes!
You will get cheers all around the table!
These baby's are light and filled with
the yummy goodness that comes
from  the cream cheese and fresh berries.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pancakes
4 oz. Cream Cheese~ softened
2 Eggs~ lightly beaten
2 C. All purpose Flour
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 TBSP. Sugar
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 TBSP. Lemon Juice
1 1/4 C. Milk
2 TBSP. Butter~ melted
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Fresh Blueberries

Beat the cream cheese smooth.
Add in egg's one at a time, mixing between.
Add in the lemon juice, milk and melted butter
mix on low for a minute.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt,
sugar's and cinnamon.  
Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet and mix.
Finally add in the last of the dry ingredients 
mix, do not beat.
Fold in the fresh blueberries.
Pour batter by the 1/2 C. onto a hot griddle.
Let cook for 3-4 minutes or until
bubbles start to form.
Cook until golden brown.
