Chicken Cordon Bleu Ball's

I love chicken.
I always seem to have it on hand too.
My family likes it, just not as much as I do.
So I try to think up ways that I know they will
enjoy eating it. This recipe is one of those that
they beg for me to make again. (lol)

Chicken Cordon Bleu Ball's
2 lbs. Ground Chicken Breast's
1/2 C. Cooked Ham~ finely diced
1/2 C. Panko Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
6 String Cheese~ cut into pieces
Oil for frying

Preheat oven to 350
Start by Mixing all the ingredients except the cheese
together blending well. Then form into 1 1/2" balls.
Make a well into the center of each ball,
place in a piece of string cheese then roll into a ball
making sure the meat is covering the cheese.
Repeat with remaining meat and cheese.
Chill meat balls for 30 minutes.
In a large skillet heat some olive oil to brown
all the edges of the balls.
Let them drain on a paper towel, then place
on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressing.

Winner, Winner Chicken dinner!
