Key Lime Marshmallow Treats

 When I came across some new

marshmallows in the store the other

day I couldn't wait to make up

some treats!

Here is what you're going to want

to be on the look out for...

YUP...those are Key Lime

Marshmallow's!!

Now they do come in a

smaller (8oz.) size, so to

make a 13 x 9" pan you will

need 3 bags.

 

Key Lime Marshmallow Treat's

3 (8oz.) Pkg. Key Lime Mallow Bursts

8 C. Rice Cereal

2 tsp. Lime Juice

Zest of one Lime

1/4 C. Butter

 

In a large sauce pan combine

the butter, marshmallows, zest,

and lime juice. Stir constantly until

all melted and smooth. Stir in

the cereal. Then place into a

lightly greased 13 x 9" pan.

*I frosted mine with a homemade

cream cheese frosting that I

added in extra lime juice

and zest. Plus food coloring.
