Slow Cooker~ Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

Slow Cookers aren't just for dinner.
This is  perfect breakfast casserole
to make the night before company
comes. Or for those very busy
weekday mornings.
Slow Cooker~ Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole
2 lb. Frozen Tater Tot's
1 Small white Onion ~ chopped
2 C. Cheddar Cheese~ shredded
1 C. Diced Ham
12 Eggs~ beaten
1 C. Milk
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
1 (4oz.) Diced Green Chili's
Spray your slow cooker with
non-stick spray. Place half of the tater tots
in the bottom. Sprinkle with half of
the onion, cheese and ham.
 In a bowl combine the remaining
 ingredients together.
Pouring half of the egg mixture over the
the tots, ham, cheese and onion.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover and set your slow cooker on
low for 8 hours.
Breakfast never tasted so good.

WOW Lark! This sounds awesome. I have been eyeballing a bag of tater tots in the freezer wondering what to do with them...and I have everything else for this yummy casserole. I bought a timer for my crockpot and normally have it turn off within an hour of waking up. Works grrreat! SO happy you shared. Pinning and printing too! =)
