Dorito Casserole

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!
Since I am recovering from running yesterday
in the Las Vegas Rock-N-Roll Marathon,
I thought I would share one of MY favorite dinners with you!

This is one of those casserole I don't often make
due to the calories. I have cut back some of the calories by using
Fat Free Soup, and Light cheese along with
Baked Doritos .
Believe me...it doesn't last long! YUM-MAY!
This makes a 9x13 pan.

Doritos Casserole
2 (Lg.) Cooked and shredded Chicken Breast's
1/2 C. chopped Onion
1/2 C. Sour cream
1 can Mild Rotel - Drain
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
1 C. Milk
1 C. Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (7oz.) Bag of Doritos chips

Preheat oven to 350

Start by mixing together the chicken, onion, sour cream
soup's, milk and drained rotel.
Crush Doritos chips and spread 1/3 of the chips into the bottom of the 9x13 pan.
Next  place 1/2 the Chicken mixture over chips.
Repeat one more time ending with the last of the chips.
Sprinkle with cheese and Bake for 30-35 Minutes.
*We like to ad taco sauce to ours before eating.*

Have dinner as a family tonight!

Congratulations on completing the marathon. You are an inspiration. I'm new to your blog and have spent some time browsing through your earlier posts. I'm so glad I did that. You not only can run, you can also cook. I love the food and recipes you share with your readers and I'll definitely be back. I hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary
