Dutch Brownie Cream Cheese Shooter's

Chocolate lover's know that Dutch chocolate
 is DIVINE! This sweet appetizer uses a 
Brownie Mix that has Dutch Chocolate, 
that sends the flavor to a new level. 
Add in the Philadelphia Cream Cheese to the
 Chocolate frosting........ giving you a
 satin smooth texture. 
Just enough to start off your party or get together.

Dutch Brownie Cream Cheese Shooter's

  • (18.3oz.) Brownie mix w/Dutch cocoa
  • 1/4 cup(s) of Water
  • 2/3 cup(s) of Oil
  • Lg. Eggs
  • (8 oz.) Container Cool Whip-thawed
  • (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese-softened
  • 2 cup(s) of Milk
  • (3.4oz.) Instant chocolate Pudding Mix
  • (16 oz.) Container of Milk Chocolate Frosting
  • 4 tbsp. of Cold Coffee 
    1. Preheat Oven to 350
    2. In a mixing bowl beat together the brownie mix,
    3.  water,oil and egg's until smooth.
    4. Pour batter into a 9x13 sprayed pan.
    5.  Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
    6. While brownies are baking, whisk together the
    7.  pudding mix and milk. Set in fridge to chill and set up.
    8. In another bowl mix together the frosting, cold coffee
    9.  and Philadelphia Cream Cheese until blended and smooth. 
    10. Set aside.
    11. Let Brownies cool as you are whipping together
    12.  the pudding and cool whip.
    13.  *reserve 1/2 C. for topping of the Shooters.
    14. Using your Shot glasses as a "cutter", 
    15. cut out 16 small circles from the warm brownies. 
    16. Place 1 circle in the bottom of each of the 8 shot glasses.
    17. Next either add spoonful or pipe a layer of pudding
    18.  mixture over brownie.
    19.  Do the same using the Cream Cheese Chocolate 
    20. mixture on top of the pudding layer. 
    21. Repeat this 1 more time.
    22.  Top each shooter off with the reserved cool whip.
    23. Chill until ready to serve.
    24. *You will have leftover ingredients that 
    25. you make into small desert cups.

Lark, omg, how did I miss this yesterday. I'm drooling all over the keyboard, doing a mental inventory to check for ingredients in the pantry (think I need to grab pudding mix) and pinning this, I will be making this over the weekend!
