Even better is how simple it is to make!
Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Topping
1 (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 C. Milk Chocolate Chips
1/4 C. Butter
2 TBSP. Cold Coffee or Vanilla
Place all ingredients into a sauce pan
and melt down till smooth.
Serve Warm over Ice Cream.
*Store in fridge for up to 4 weeks*
