Pink Lemonade Pie

When the weather starts to warm up
and flower's are blooming
I cant help but want to make a light
and refreshing dessert. This Pie
hits the mark every time.

Pink Lemonade Pie
2 (8 oz). Cream Cheese~ softened
1/4 C. Frozen Pink Lemonade Concentrate~ soft but NOT thawed
1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 (8oz.) Cool Whip Topping~thawed
2-3 drops red food coloring *Optional
1 (9 inch) Graham Cracker Crust


In a mixing bowl add cream cheese beat well until smooth.
Add in the sweetened condensed milk beat for 1 minute.
Pour in the frozen lemonade concentrate, lemon juice mix until blended.
Fold in the food coloring and whipped topping.
  *Mix well however do NOT over beat.
Pour into crust.  Let chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

I have a similar recipe, but I use raspberry lemonade and add fresh raspberries the pie (& garnish). YUM!

Oh YUMMMMM! You can never go wrong adding sweetened condensed milk to anything...this looks and sounds like a real winner.
